USM Grad names lead training at Des Moines health club

The January 2 Orange Planet in Des Moines announced the hiring of USM alumnus Todd Southwick as its lead trainer. Southwick holds a bachelor’s degree in sports medicine and was the captain and member of USM’s Division III World series team.
