Stephen Pelsue researches genes to gain insight into lupus

pelsue12-210x300Associate Professor of Immunology & Molecular Biology Stephen Pelsue has identified a gene that causes flaky skin in mice, a condition that shares similar features with human autoimmunity and lupus. Pelsue’s lab offers undergraduates, master- and doctoral-level students the opportunity to participate in his cutting-edge research.
