If you have trouble managing the size of your email inbox, life-hacker Merlin Mann from 43folders has a strategy for you called Inbox Zero. Subtitled, action based email, his approach is efficient, workable, and will let you get back to doing actual work instead of wasting time reading and rereading all your email.
A snippet from his introduction says it all:
“Clearly, the problem of email overload is taking a toll on all our time, productivity, and sanity, mainly because most of us lack a cohesive system for processing our messages and converting them into appropriate actions as quickly as possible.”
